Richard is a Manager, Training Services for the UK, Nordics and Africa, having joined EBSCO in January 2011. Prior to EBSCO, he worked as a Healthcare Librarian within the UK National Health Service (NHS) for 12 years. Richard has a MA in Librarianship (University of Sheffield) and is a chartered librarian (MCLIP). Richard hosts online trainings for the NHS covering multiple EBSCO products, including the EBSCO Discovery Service (EDS), Full Text Finder, CINAHL and MEDLINE databases on the EBSCOhost interface.
